The Year 2026 welcomes the first annual couples golf tournament at Highlands Golf Course.
On Friday, August 7th 2026, 9 foursomes will tee off beginning at 5:00PM. Each foursome will contain two couples competing for this years honor of top couple golf Champion. This can include anyone and their significant other. There will be closest to the pin competitions on the course and will be ruled according to USGA guidelines that all players must finish out the hole with their ball in the cup. It will be played as a combined score tournament
Following the tournament there will be a short awards ceremony with a pizza dinner and the 2026 Couple champions will be honored. 2026 is the Inaugural year of our tournament and our perpetual plaque that will hang in the Highlands Golf Course pro shop year round will be graced with champions beginning with the 2026 champions.
